The Role
The Call Center Representative provides customer service and support to clients, responds to inquiries, and resolves complaints. They serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails. They are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Answer and respond to a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handle time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations. • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Positive and friendly attitude with a desire to assist customers. • Bilingual candidates preferred.
